Toolbox
The so-called Toolbox is an open workspace and the home of the H2WI Racing Team at Wismar University of Applied Sciences.

Language Centre
Want to learn a new language or build on your basic knowledge? Our Language Centre offers you the opportunity to complement your studies by learning a foreign language, thereby enabling you, for example, to prepare thoroughly for a period abroad.
StartUpYard
This is the place at Wismar University of Applied Sciences where ideas flow freely. At the StartUpYard, all students can bring their projects to life, from the initial idea through to design, construction and production – this applies to both physical and digital models and prototypes.

Robert-Schmidt-Institut (RSI)
The Robert Schmidt Institute (RSI) supports our students with a wide range of interdisciplinary programmes in the three areas of careers, international affairs, and ideas and start-ups, helping them to realise their personal potential and successfully bring their own projects to fruition.
Central Workshop
The Central Workshop handles all kinds of production orders from teaching and research departments and other organisational units.
