  3. Overview of power semiconductors: power diodes, Thyristors; power BJTs; power MOSFETs and IGBTs
  4. Power losses of power semiconductors
  5. AC-DC converters (Rectifiers)
  6. DC-DC switch mode converters: buck, boost, buck-boost, flyback, forward, push-pull, half-bridge, full-bridge
  7. Optimizing the utility interface with power electronic systems: harmonics and power factor, power factor correction
